Ingredient

  1. 2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
  2. 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  3. 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  4. 1 can (5 ounces) evaporated milk
  5. 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  6. 1 teaspoon salt
  7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  8. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  9. 1 teaspoon honey
  10. 1/2 teaspoon pepper2 pounds lean ground beef (90% lean) sauce:
  11. 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  12. 1/3 cup honey
  13. 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  14. 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  15. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  16. 1 to 2 tablespoons Louisiana-style hot sauce
  17. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instruction

  1. Preheat air fryer to 380°. In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls.
  2. In batches, arrange meatballs in a single layer on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until they are lightly browned and cooked through, 12-15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Serve with meatballs.
